BERLAND prefabricated drains are constructed using a formed polystyrene drainage core with a nonwoven filter fabric bonded to one side. The filter fabric is bonded to each dimple to prevent soil intrusion into the flow channels while allowing water to freely enter the drain core from one side.

BERLAND pregrown tray is the premiere pregrown green roof tray on the market. The reasons are: 1. The sedum mats are on top of the plastic tray offering a mat-to-mat contact between the two sedum mats, this allows for a seamless green roof. 2. The irrigation drip lines are provided and are installed subsurface so irrigation lines are not seen and plants are better stimulated by water to root contact. 3. This is the easiest to install green roof tray on the market. Just lay down trays and walk away.

SEDUM MAT
BERLAND SEDUM MAT is a biodegradable sedum mix mat produced on a coco mat, our
standard sedum mix substrate mix is a plant mix consisting out 12 to 16 varieties of succulents. At the start of the production cycle, Sedum album, Sedum Stefco, Sedum sexangulare and Sedum acre make up approximately 16% of the assortment used to produce a standard sedum mat. The remaining 84% consists of a mixture of mostly other succulent varieties. Our sedum
mats are produced in accordance with FLL guidelines.
